Contact Online gives me the ability to see and react to what is happening in each of my dealerships each day. Contact Online has a very different approach to other systems in that it gets the Sales Manager to manage sales activity. We have continually seen a direct relationship between activity and results and it is no coincidence that our best salespeople have the highest activity levels.
The system is simple and effective. There is no paperwork for the Managers and the inputting of the information takes less than 1 minute per Salesperson per day.
Contact Online continues to help us sell more cars. Since the start of this year nearly one quarter of all sales has been achieved at or after the 4th point of contact with the customer. It is the most effective tool we have for ensuring that every prospect is taken as far as possible through the full sales process.
