Regular onsite support is the most effective way to get the best from Contact Online and increase sales.
By working closely with each dealership on a regular basis, our highly experienced Contact Managers help keep managers and sales executives motivated to ensure that every valuable sales enquiry is recorded and handled professionally.
Each Support Visit comprises of the following:
A comprehensive diary check to ensure the system is being maximised and ensuring that sales executives are not letting any sales opportunities go to waste.
Appropriate on site coaching for sales people based on the individual results uncovered during the diary check.
A full debrief with the Dealer Principal covering the progress of each individual sales executives and of the sales department as a whole.
A full analysis of charts and tables produced, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the dealership.
