Training Philosophy
We have two core beliefs that underpin all of our training programmes.
The first is that we believe it is our responsibility to motivate and involve delegates during the course. This is why we employ a wide variety of visual aids, physical devices and activities designed to make the training memorable and more importantly, to make the message stick!
Unlike some training companies, we accept the fact that many delegates do not look forward to training courses, so we work hard to make sure that attendees feel comfortable and relaxed. Not just in the way we manage the physical environment but also in the way we communicate with them, as intelligent adults and not as school children.
Our second belief is that our training should accurately reflect the real life situations encountered by all of the delegates who attend.
These are critical, because the value of any training can only be measured by its ability to be transferred from the training room to the work environment and then into measurable results. If people attending the training feel that it is too theoretical they will lose confidence in the course and never risk trying new techniques back in the ‘real world’.
Training is only effective when delegates can leave the training environment with practical tactics to apply in the workplace. We do not aim to give delegates 'something to think about' we concentrate on giving them ‘something to do’.
